Each piece is made to order, designed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your selections, colors, and custom details before completing your purchase.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We recommend keeping an eye on your package to ensure it arrives safely and on time.

⏳ Production & Shipping Timeline

All items are handcrafted and made to order.

• Please allow 2 weeks for production and delivery for bookmarks and up to 3 weeks for tumblers.

• Processing times may vary slightly during holidays or peak crafting seasons.
